- You can upsell extended warranties and software. If the customer buys, you get incentives.
- You also get extra incentives based on your KPIs.
- All of this would sound great. It definitely is. Until you get to interact with the managers.
Where did it go sour.?
The company is filled with racist, abusive, arrogant and cunning people as managers and the worst part is, no action would be taken on the wrong doers even if you provide mountains of proof.
I was continuously harassed for months by a racist trainer because I am a south Indian. When I couldn't take it more, I reached out to the HR for help. The complaint handling process was a joke. More about it in detail later.
The racist trainer who didn't like south Indians and who had the habit of harassing south Indians had some friends who were managers and senior managers as she had been working there for several years. All these friends ganged up to target me and went as far as threatening which resulted in me quitting the job and a police complaint being filed on the manager.
I being a law graduate have decided to voice against the mental harassment, discrimination, threats, financial loss, etc. and sincerely the company would treat their employees with respect in the future and to create awareness about labour laws and labour rights among fellow citizens.
First awareness campaign titled "Concentrix made me beg" will be held between 9 AM to 6 PM on 27 May 2024 in front of Concentrix office located at Tech Park, G Corp, 14th, Ghodbunder Rd, Kasarvadavali, Thane West.
