Thanks for taking the time to read this blog. The contents of this blog are entirely true and the purpose of this is to share my experience working with Concentrix a TOXIC Workplace with others so that they can make an informed decision.

About Me : 


I am S Nathan. I hail from a humble village in Tamilnadu. I am blessed with a loving family around whom my life revolves.
My life was going great until I joined Concentrix, Mumbai in HP Tech Support process. 
The interview process was okay. Training was good. The job (Process) was great.

Job Description : 

  • People call you for assistance with their laptops or desktops and you fix their gadget.
  • You can upsell extended warranties and software. If the customer buys, you get incentives.
  • You also get extra incentives based on your KPIs.
  • All of this would sound great. It definitely is. Until you get to interact with the managers.

Where did it go sour.?

        I actually enjoyed my job until my interactions with the managers. This company has the worst people as managers. Not all, but most are just plain pathetic.

        The company is filled with racist, abusive, arrogant and cunning people as managers and the worst part is, no action would be taken on the wrong doers even if you provide mountains of proof.

        I was continuously harassed for months by a racist trainer because I am a south Indian. When I couldn't take it more, I reached out to the HR for help. The complaint handling process was a joke. More about it in detail later.

        The racist trainer who didn't like south Indians and who had the habit of harassing south Indians had some friends who were managers and senior managers as she had been working there for several years. All these friends ganged up to target me and went as far as threatening which resulted in me quitting the job and a police complaint being filed on the manager.

        I being a law graduate have decided to voice against the mental harassment, discrimination, threats, financial loss, etc. and sincerely the company would treat their employees with respect in the future and to create awareness about labour laws and labour rights among fellow citizens.

        First awareness campaign titled "Concentrix made me beg" will be held between 9 AM to 6 PM on 27 May 2024 in front of Concentrix office located at Tech Park, G Corp, 14th, Ghodbunder Rd, Kasarvadavali, Thane West.

Campaign in front of Concentrix - June 7

After waiting for months trying to resolve this peacefully, I started my public awareness campaign in front of Concentrix today on 7th June, 2024 I should say the response by fellow employees was very good and some even cam up and offered their support. Was even provided a frooti and a water bottles by a few people who enquired about this. Guys, if you are reading this, your support means a lot. In about 2 hours after I stood like this, police came to the spot (Mr. Choudhary and others Kasarvadavli Station). Concentrix had already given a petition to police to stop me from protesting on 27th April. I was asked by the police to postpone the protest as MP elections were nearing. I accepted the request and changed the date to May 27th. Which was further delayed as Concentrix didn't want to resolve this amicably. CNX threatens me for speaking the truth

Hello all, After enduring discrimination and harassment during my employment with Concentrix, I decided to voice out against such illegal and inhuman practices of Concentrix. But the company with their usual arrogance have sent a legal notice threatening to file criminal and civil complaints against me. I have let them know that all my actions are covered under freedom of speech and trademark laws. Copy of the legal notice that Concentrix sent me. Companies such as this think they can use scare tactics against anyone who voices against their illegal practices. They should understand that freedom of speech and expression is the first and foremost fundamental right provided by the constitution and that not everyone can be intimidated. Some know their rights. Indefinite dharna started 25-June, 2024

Hello readers, Thanks for visiting and taking the time to read this blog. I staged a 1 day demonstration in front of Concentrix, Thane on 7th June. Concentrix contacted the local police for help. Both parties were called to the police station where people from Concentrix asked for 20 days time to resolve this peacefully. They actually said Mr. Sarang Phatak wants to discuss with me and he was traveling now and would come to Mumbai by 20th June. I had informed them that I would be wlling to wait for 5 days and not more than that. But I decided to wait for 20 days as they had asked for hoping to resolve this amicably. Yet again, Concentrix showed that they are the same old arrogant people and don't want a peaceful resolution. So, here I am.  Started an indefinite demonstration in front of their office.
